反相高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中羟基喹啉
Determination of hydroxyquinoline in cosmetics by reversed- phase high performance liquid chromatography
摘要
Abstract
A reversed - phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of hydroxyquinoline in cosmetics. The determination process was carried out on a Kromasil C18 column,using a mixture composed of methanol and 0.01 mol/L aqueous solution of sodium decyl sulfonate with pH adjusted to 2. 25 by phosphoric acid at a volume ratio of 62:38 as mobile phase for isocratic elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the column temperature was 25 °C. Detection was carried out at 240 nm. The limit of detection is 2. 254 (Xg/g. The linear plot ranges between 1. 0 and 100. 0 jxg/mL. Average spiked recoveries are 95. 5% ~ 100. 1% with the relative standard deviations of 0. 07% ~ 2. 18%.关键词
