离子色谱法测定化妆品中的海藻糖
Quick determination of trehalose in cosmetics by ion chromatography
摘要
Abstract
An analysis method for determining trehalose in cosmetics based on high performance anion exchange chromatography with pulsed amperage detection ( HPAE - PAD) was established. Various sample pretreatment methods were adopted. The samples were analyzed by ion chromatography with METROSEP CARB 1 column (150 mm × 4. 0 mm). NaOH solution of 200. 0 mmol ? L-1 was used as the mobile phase for elution. Analysis of a sample can be completed within 7 min. The detection limit of trehalose was 0. 02 mg ? L-1. The RSD of peak area achieves 0. 17% , and the RSD of retention time achieves 0. 28%. Glycerol and propylene glycol which can be easily found in cosmetics have no interference on the determination of the trehalose. The average recoveries achieves 95. 2% -99. 2%.关键词
