Abstract
Experiments and researches were conducted on effects of different concentrations of rooting reagents,cutting time and cutting propagation media on the survival rate of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms.The conclusions were made as follows：（1） its highest survival rate was 78.75%±6.9% when A.giraldii was in sand cutting propagation media;（2）when it was treated by 50 mg·L-1 of ABT medicament for six hours the survival rate of its biennial cuttings was 70%±5.7%;（3）The treatment by 50 mg·L-1 of ABT、NAA、IAA and IBA could significantly improve the cuttage seedling survival rate than other treatments.And ABT、NAA and IAA 50 mg·L-1 and 6 h medicament treatment could be used in the production and popularizaation.关键词
