海昆肾喜胶囊治疗慢性肾功能不全临床研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Haikunshenxi capsule in the treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods 84 patients with CRF were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in test group (n =42) received haikunshenxi capsule. Patients in control group (ra =42) received niaoduqing granules. The course for the two groups both lasted for three months. The clinical symptom was observed and the changes of Sci\Ccr and BUN before and after treatment were detected. Results The clinical symptom was improved in both groups after treatment. The total effective rate of test group was 90.48% while that of control group was 92. 86% , there was no significant difference in total effective rate between two groups ( P > 0.05 ). There were significant difference in So\BUN and Ccr before and after treatment in both groups ( P < 0. 05 ). There were no significant difference in Scr>BUN and Ccr after treatment between two groups ( P > 0.05 ). There was no obvious side-effect in test group. Conclusion Haikunshenxi capsule can not only improve the clinical symptom of the patients with CRF, but also, it can improve their renal function with no obvious side-effect and good drug tolerance.关键词
