伊班膦酸钠和辛伐他汀联合治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of ibandronate(IB) plus simvastatin in treating osteoporosis in senile patients. Methods 110 elderly patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group for 35 patients. 55 patients in control group were intravenous injected with IB alonely. 55 patients in treatment group took IB plus simvastatin. The course of treatment was 8 months. The bone mineral density( BMD) changes of left distal ulna, waist2-4( 12-4) , Wards triangle location, the improvement of clinical pain symptoms and biochemical indicators were recorded before and after treatment. Results BMD after treatment in three locations were increased significantly than those of before treatment in two groups ( P < 0.01). The BMD improvement in L2-4 and Wards triangle location in treatment group were more significantly than those of control group ( P < 0.05 ). The total effective rate of improvement of of clinical pain symptoms in treatment group was 92.3% , significantly higher than that of control group (81. 8% , P < 0.05 ). There were no significantly changes in biochemical indicators between before treatment and after treatment. Conclusion The combination of IB with statin drug simvastatin presents a synergy effect on osteoporosis in senile patients.关键词
