Abstract
Objective To explore the situation of depression in patients with neurology disease, so as to provide scientific reference for improving the mental health of patients. Methods By patient health questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) were used to assess the depression of patients, and we analyzed the general characteristics of depression. Results Among 289 patients, the score of PHQ-9 among 151 patients above 5, and accounted for 52. 2%. The incidences of light, moderate, heavy and severe depression were 21.1% , 20.0%, 8.0% and 3.1%, respectively. There was significant difference in the sex among depression and non-depression patients (P < 0.05 ) , but no significant difference was found in age, race and education level. Conclusion In the future, we should focus on the depression of females and related measures should be taken.关键词
