摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate therapeutic effectiveness of intertrochanteric osteotomy with rotary bone block stuffed for coxa vara after operation of femoral Intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 6 patients with coxa vara after operation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture undergone intertrochanteric osteotomy with rotary bone block stuffed. Collodiaphyseal angle and shortening of lower limb and Harris geade were observed. Results All Collodiaphyseal angle of femur became normal, shortening of lower limb less than 1 cm. Postoperative hams grade was higher than preoperative. Conclusion To coxa vara after operation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture, intertrochanteric osteotomy with rotary bone block stuffed technique was a good choice. This method could improve the lower limb function.关键词
