摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of dynamic electrocardiogram and coronaryarteriography in coronary artery disease. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 48 cases with coronary artery disease treated in our department from October 2008 to October 2010, electrocardiogram were compared with that of coronary arteriograph. Results The sensitivity of electrocardiogram on diagnosing coronary artery disease is 66.7% , the specificity is 71.4% ( P > 0.05 ) ; the positive rate of diagnosing mu-hivessel damage of coronary artery disease (88.9% ) is significantly higher than diagnosing bivessel damage (53. 8% ) or monoves-sel damage(62. 5% )by electrocardiogram (P <0.05). Conclusion Electrocardiogram and coronaryarteriography are effective diagnotic methods in the coronary artery disease.关键词
