Emergent endoscopic ligature treatment for the gastroesophageal varices bleeding of cirrhosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the emergent treatment to stanch gastroesophageal varices bleeding of cirrhosis patients. Methods 58 cases of cirrhosis patients with gastroesophageal varices bleeding have been treated by endoscopic ligature method within 24 hours arriving in hospital using device made in China. Results There was one bleeding after operation out of the 58 cases. Conclusion Endoscopic ligature treatment can achieve significant effect in stanching bleeding and reducing relapse in short term.关键词
