Abstract
Objective To investigate the causes of late postpaitum hemorrhage and the value of interventional therapy by DSA. Methods 27 cases of late postpaitum hemorrhage received bilateral uterine artery angiography and embolization. Results The embolization treatment of all patients achieved satisfactory hemostasis, and postoperative follow-up showed no further bleeding. Conclusion Uterine artery angiography can show the causes of late postpartum hemorrhage. Embolization has a good efficacy and it is a safety treatment of bleeding caused by cesarean section which easily accepted by patients.关键词
