摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate blue-ray irradiation of intermittent and continuous phototherapy treatment of neonatal jaundice and adverse effects. Methods Two groups of neonatal jaundice infants were based on clinical routine therapy with intermittent and continuous blue-ray. We compared curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups at the end of the study. Results The clinical effects of two groups showed no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) ; however, the group of intermittent blue light adverse reaction was lower ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The clinical effects of neonatal jaundice with intermittent and continuous blue-ray irradiation was no obvious difference,but adverse reactions of intermittent blue-ray irradiation treatment was significantly reduced.关键词
