Abstract
Objective Retrospective review of senile gastric cancer's clinic manifestations, causes of treatment delay, treatment process and prognosis, and the correct method to diagnose and treat such disease. Methods Thoroughly analyze a decent amount of cases from multiple hospitals over an extensive period of time. Results The early-stage symptoms of gastric cancer are not obvious. Mis-diagnosis happened at different times in most of the cases studied, affecting the choice of treatment methods and causing the decrease of patients' survival time. Conclusion Early gastric cancer is hard to detect, displaying no obvious clinic manifestations or special symptoms. Therefore, doctors should pay special attention and be extra alert.关键词
