摘要

Abstract

Objective Eveluated the relationships microvascular complication of fibrinogen, platelet parameters, and hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 243 patients with type 2 diabetes weie divided into group A (123 type 2 diabetes patients with microvascular complication) and group B (120 type 2 diabetes patients without microvascular complication). And the normal cintrol group contained 120 health people. Determined the level of the the fibrinogen, PLT, PCT, MPV, PDW, hs-CRP in blood samples of research subjects respectively. Results The level of PCT, MPV, PDW, Fib and hs-CRP in group A were significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01) , as well as PLT (P <0.05). The level of PCT, MPV, PDW, fibrinogen and hs-CRP in group B were significantly higher than that in control group ( P < 0. 01) , as well as PLT ( P < 0.05 ). The level of MPV, PDW, fibrinogen and Hs-CRP in group A were significantly different with group B (P <0.05) , as well as PCT (P<0. 01). Conclusion It were demonstrated that the determination of fibrinogen, PLT, PCT, MPV, PDW and hs-CRP were of important clinical significance in the early diagnosis of diabetic microvascular complication.
