胰岛素泵在食管癌合并糖尿病患者围术期应用与护理研究
The application and nurse experience of treating esophageal carcinorma combined diabetes with insulin pump

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect and nuising experience of treating esophageal carcinoma combined diabetes with insulin pump. Methods 68 cases with esophageal carcinoma combined diabetes were divided into research group (continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion,CSII) and control group (multiple subcutaneous insulin injections, MSII) , the time of achieving objective blood sugar, blood sugar qualified rate, hypoglycemia incidence rate and length of stay were contrasted. Results The time of achieving objective blood sugar in research group was shorter than control group's, P < 0. 05; blood sugar qualified rate in research group was higher than control group's, P < 0.05; hypoglycemia incidence rate in research group was lower than control group's, P <0.001; length of stay in research group was shorter than control group's, P <0.05. Conclusion The efficiency and security is certain that treat esophageal carcinorma combined diabetes with insulin pump关键词
