槲皮素对前列腺癌细胞的放疗增敏性研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the radiosensitization of quercrtin on PC-3 cells and its mechanism. Methods The cytotoxicity and radiosensitization of quercrtin were investigated by using clongenic assay on PC-3 cells in vitro, and the expression of survivin protein were evaluated by western blot. Results The cytotoxicity of quercrtin was in a dose-dependent manner . With quercrtin exposed to PC-3 cells for 3 N6 J2 and 24 hours,the corresponding SERDo was 1. 22 J. 58 Nl. 76 and 1. 85 o The combination of 0. 3mg/ml quercrtin with 2Gy radiosensitization could significantly inhibit the expression of survivin protein,but 0. 3mg/ml quercrtin or 2Gy radiosensitization could not. Conclusion The cytotoxicity of quercrtin was in a dose-dependent manner. Quercrtin has a radiosensitizing effect , and the radiosensitization is dependent on time. Survivin maybe involved in it.关键词
