35例感染性心内膜炎的外科治疗

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the experience with surgical intervention of infective endocarditis in 35 patients. Methods Retrospective analyses of 35 cases treated with surgical intervention from July 1999 to July 2011 in our hospital. Results Among them, one patient died, 34 patients were cured. There were 1 early postoperative deaths giving an overall hospital mortality of 2. 8%. Conclusion Appropriate timing of operation , experienced surgical technique and adequate periopearative management were the main determinates in affecting the prognosis of the patients with infective endocarditis.关键词
