摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the amount of skin expansion increased expansion surgical treatment scalp area scar sexual bald hair clinical effect. Methods 8 cases of large area (40% ~ 50% ) scar sexual bald hair patients into expanders, expansion 3 ~ 6 months, injection of nominal capacity for expanders 2-3 times. Results 8 patients were satisfied, flap to repair all survived, hair growth is good, satisfactory. Conclusion Excessive expansion art is large scar sexual bald hair repair the ideal method.关键词
