Abstract
Objective To research the clinical value of postoperative early enteral and parenteral mixed nutrition for e-sophageal carcinoma patients. Methods 580 cases of esophageal carcinoma patient undergone surgery were randomly divided into the early enteral and parenteral mixed nutrition group ( the research group) and the early total parenteral intravenous nutrition group (the control group). The postoperative nutrition index, anus exhaust time and complication incidence rate in two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the level of serum preprotein, serum albumin and hemoglobin in the research group at the eight day after surgery were higher, the quantity of weight loss was lesser, the anus exhaust time was earlier, the incidence rate of wound infection and lung infection complications were lower. All the difference were remarkable ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Postoperative early enteral and parenteral mixed nutrition for esophageal carcinoma patients can provide better nutrition support, improve the immunity, and reduce postoperative complication.关键词
