摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the risk factors of hospital infection in neurology department, so as to provide scientific reference for hospital infection. Methods From May 2008 to May 2011, 1290 patients in the neurology department were collected, and their data were analyzed by SPSS 13. 0 software. Results Among 1290 patients, 119 patients showed hospital infection, and with the infection rate of 9. 22% . The main infection sites were lower respiratory tract, upper respiratory tract and urinary tract infections. Among the separated pathogen, most of them were Gram-negative bacilli, and the detection rate was 102 strains, accounted for 54. 5%. Age above 60 years, diabetics, chronic disease, invasive therapies and disorders of consciousness could significantly increase the incidence of hospital infection ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Our study indicated reasonable management system could decrease the incidence of hospital infection, improve the quality of life and prolong life for old patients, patients with diabetics and chronic diseases.关键词
