摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness and indication of microendoscopic disectomy ( MED) for the treatment of recurrent lumbar disc herniation. Methods 11 cases of diagnosed recurrent lumbar disc herniation patients were given MED operations ;and2-24 months follow-up was conducted on the 11 patients. Results The 11 patients were evaluated according to the MacNab Criteria, the results were excellent for 7 cases, good for 3 cases and fair for 1 case. Conclusion The results show that on the premise of definite diagnosis and strict adherence to indication and contraindication, the treatment of recurrent lumbar disc herniation by proficiently performing MED technology is effective.关键词
