导师责任制在临床护理教学中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of tutor system in clinical nursing teaching. Methods From July 2010 to April 2011, 243 nursing students have worked in our department. They were divided into enforce- ment( 127 persons) and control groups( 116 persons) randomly, the pattern of tradi- tional tearching and tutor system tearching was adopted in control and enforcement groups respectively. Results The examination results of theory and operation in enforcement group were excelled control group remarkablely ( P < 0. 01 ) , the questionnaire survey from nursing students and the evaluation from nursing department were preceded traditional tearching group similarly ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Tutor system can improve the clinical nurse's teaching level and comprehensive quality, so this method enhance the teaching quality obviously.关键词
