欧博鼻炎冲剂对变应性鼻炎大鼠IFN-γ、IL-2和IgE调节作用的研究
Regulation Effect of O'boBiyanChongji on Expression of IL-2、 IFN-γ and IgE in the Experimental Allergic Rhinitis in Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe IL-2, IFN-γand IgE levels of the O'boBiyanChongji and XinQin Granules on allergic rhinitis (AR) , and to contrast the effect of O'boBiyanChongji and XinQin Granules for allergic rhinitis rat. Methods: Egg albumin sensitization made rats animal model of allergic rhinitis . The method of ELISA determined the total IgE, IL- 2and IFN-γ content in serum. Results; The results of IFN-γ, IL-2 and IgE in serum of Xinqin granules group were significantly different with the control group, model group, low dose group and high dose group, but had no statistical significance with medium dose group. Conclusion; High dose O'boBiyanChongji is more effective than XinQin Granules to treat allergic rhinitis.关键词
