大承气汤对大鼠重症急性胰腺炎模型肠黏膜血流量的影响
Effects of Dachengqi Decoction on Gut Mucosal Blood Flow in Severe Acute Pancreatitis Models of Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To discuss the effects of Dachengqi Decoction on gut mucosal blood flow in severe acute pancreatitis model of rats. Methods: 34 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation (SO) group, severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) group, and Dachengqi Decoction (DCQD) group, 18 rats in each group. The general peritoneal condition of 6 rats in each group were observed at 6h, 12h, and 24h respectively after model made. The ileum mucosal blood flow was tested by laser doppler flowmeter. Results; The ileum mucosal blood flow at each time point in SAP group was decreased significantly (P< 0. 05) as compared with that in SO group; and the gut mucosal blood flow at each time point in DCQD group was increased slightly as compared with SAP group, the difference was significant between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion; The gut mucosal blood flow decreases in SAP rats, and gradually decreases over time. Dachengqi Decoction can increase the gut mucosal blood flow, improve intestine blood flow situation, and improve intestinal microcirculation.关键词
