按摩退热作用的中枢机制及其穴位物质基础的研究
The Study on Central Mechanism for Antipyretic Action of Massage and the Material Basis of Acupoints

Abstract
Objective; To reveal central mechanism of antipyretic and thermolytic actions by massage in previous works and relationships of the central mechanism with the afferent system of acupoints. Methods; Stimulated "Yongquan" (Kll) with heavy or light massage manipulation (straight push or finger-press manipulation) on rabbits which were on condition of muscle relaxation, consciousness, artificial respiration and endotoxinization. Meanwhile observed changes of discharge of heat sensitive neurons (HSNs) which were in the preoptic region and anterior hypothalamus (PO-AH). The changes of discharge reflected the central mechanism of antipyretic and thermolytic actions by massage and relationships of the central mechanism with afferent system of certain acupoint which was material basis of acupoint. Results: Endotoxin inhibited activation of HSNs and promoted discharge of cold sensitive neureons (CSNs) , while finger-press manipulation could antagonize pyrogen as a result to affect activation of central temprature sensitive neurons ( P<0. 01). But using straight push manipulation to do the same thing had no statistically significant (P>0. 05 ). Conclusion; The central mechanism of antipyretic action of massage is mainly to antagonize pyrogen as a result to affect activation of central temperature sensitive neurons and thus their normal function are recovered by afferent impules of high threshold fine fibre afferent system in acupoints during heavy massage, which is as same as previous work. With the result of this work properly discuss the research way which can find material basis of acupoints of effective action by massage.关键词
