从经筋气血理论指导针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究
Clinical Study on Knife Needle Therapy in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Based on Meridian Tendons Qi and Blood Theory
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by knife needle therapy according to meridian tendons, Qi and Blood theory, and to observe the clinical efficacy and safety to treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods; 60 patients were divided into two groups: treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by knife needle therapy, with once a week for 2 times, control group in which 30 cases were treated by traction therapy and low-frequency therapeutic equipment, with once a day for 5 days, 2 courses of treatment. Pain score and NDI index were observed in treatment group and control group before and after treatment. Results; There was no significant difference in treatment and control groups in pain score, NDI score before treatment (P>0. 05 ). After treatment, there had a significant depress in pain score and NDI score compared with before treatment both in treatment and control groups (P<0.01). After treatment, the pain score and NDI score depressed more significantly in treatment group than in control group ( P<0. 01 and P<0. 05 ). In treatment group and in control group, the total effective rate was 96. 67% and 83. 33% , the total effective rate in treatment group was better than that in control group ( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion; Under the guidance of the meridian tendons, Qi and Blood theory, knife needle therapy can significantly relieve neck and shoulder pain and other symptoms of cervical pondylotic radiculopathy patients, and can improve cervical activity, the efficacy is significantly higher.关键词
