Abstract
This paper introduces primary frequency regulation principle and test,discusses the power system stabilizer（PSS） principle and field parameter setting.Through No.1 unit in Heze power plant,it analyses the influence of the power system stabilizer to the test process of primary frequency regulation and related issues about primary frequency regulation of unit are proposed.关键词
