摘要
Abstract
In order to establish an integrity the regional multi-toxin food risk assessment model, this article establishment food risk assessment model based on related attribute mathematics model and organism system theory model incloud organism and food factor which involved the food risk assessment 4 stages to a model considering food performance test and the subjective factor pulling-in uncertainty evaluation method. Simultaneously joint toxicity is divided into two kinds;the synergism, the enhancement function, antagonistic function, the independent function are unified.关键词
