石墨烯-半导体复合催化剂性能增强研究
The Study of Enhanced Photocatalytic Activity of Graphene-ZnO Composite
摘要
Abstract
Graphene hybridized with ZnO could produce an efficient photocatalyst. 2 wt% graphene hybridized ZnO showed enhanced photocatalytic activity for the degradation of organic dye, which was about 5 times as that of ZnO. Photoelectrochemical assessment results proved that the enhancement of photocatalytic activity was attributed to the high migration efficiency of photo-induced electrons and the inhibited charge carriers recombination due to the electronic interaction between ZnO and graphene.关键词
