Effects of Zhitong Xiaojie pills on serum MDA and PRL of rats with mammary glands hyperplasia
摘要
Abstract
Objectives:To observe the effects of Zhitong Xiaojie(ZTXJ) pills on rats with mammary glands hyperpla-sia(MGH) and explore the treating mechanism. Methods:Total 70 rats were randomly divided into seven groups. The estrogen and progesterone were used to establish MGH models(except the blank group). To observe the effects of ZTXJ pills on the malondialdehyde(MDA) and prolactin(PRL). Results:Compared with the control group,serum MDA and PRL were significantly decreased in model group. Compared with model group,serum MDA and PRL were significantly decreased in the large dosage and medium dosage of ZTXJ pills and Rupixiao group. Results:ZTXJ pills can treat MGH by regulating the levels of MDA and PRL.关键词
