人工培养北虫草高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究
Study on HPLC fingerprint spectrum of cultured Cordyceps Militaris

Abstract
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint spectrum of cultured Cordyceps mililaris in different areas. Methods;Use methanol and water as mobile phase,gradient elution by HPLC. The detection wavelength was 260 nm, the similarity of the spectrum was analyzed. Results:There were 10 common peaks in the fingerprint spectrum. The similarities between every spectrum and the common one are more than 0.9. The result of methodology determination were fitted to the request. Conclusion:This method is ease to handle,credible and has a good repeatability as an effective measure to control the quality of cultured Cordyceps mililaris.关键词
