摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of Fresh Rehmannia on Kupffer cells function during liver injury model. Methods Sixty-four rats were randomly 4 groups, the normal control group, the liver injury model group, the Fresh Rehmannia group and the Lactulose group. The first two groups were fed by water, the later two groups were each fed by drugs. To observe their plasma endotoxin, TNF-α,IL-1, ALT and CD68. Reslut The levels of ET, TNF-α, IL-1, ALT were significantly lower in the Fresh Rehmannia group and the Lactulose group than those in the liver injury model group (P < 0.05), CD68 protein expression was lower than the model group. Conclusion The Fresh Rehmannia can alleviate the liver cell injury through decreasing function of Kupffer cells and reducing secretion on inflammatory.
