PTEN基因多态性与乙肝相关肝细胞癌的关系探讨
Correlation between PTEN gene polymorphisms and HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between PTEN gene polymorphisms and HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Including 60 patients with HBV-related HCC, 70 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B (CHB) and 135 normal controls were recruited. Cenotyping was done by using DNA sequencing. Results No mutation was found in all HCC patients, except 4 polymorphisms, namely Ala34Cys, Leu57Phe, IVS8 + G32T and T2281G. The genotypes, allele frequency and clinic-pathologic features distributions of the common PTEN SNPs( the frequency >5% ) , Ala34Cys and IVS8 + C32T polymorphisms was no difference between the HCC patients and the control subjects ( all P > 0.05). In addition, 8 total of 4 haplotypes were found, named, CCC, CCT, TCT, TCG. Compared with the normal control subjects, GCG haplotype distribution was significantly different from HCC patients ( P < 0.05) , haplotype GCG was related to reduced the risk of HCC (OR = 0.62,95% CI was 0.40 - 0.95 ). Conclusion PTEN gene mutation may be not related with HBV related HCC, but the GCG haplotype was related to reduced the risk of HCC.关键词
