Analysis of the Financial Compensatory Mechanism Used for Farmland Preservation in China
摘要
Abstract
Based on case studies of compensation given for farmland preservation in different areas,this paper emphasizes the importance of compensation type and standards,and funding source and usage.Several different approaches to the funding source and compensation type are proposed.This paper provides some recommendations on how to improve the mechanism whereby compensation for preserving farmland in Shanghai is provided.These include improving administration and the use of land compensation fees for new agricultural constructions,and using funding for basic farm protection.关键词
