堇青石粉体流延成形工艺中聚丙烯酸钠的分散机理研究
Dispersion Mechanism of Sodium Polyacrylate in Aqueous Tape Casting of Cordierite Ceramics
摘要
Abstract
An aqueous tape casting of cordierite ceramics was developed using PAAS as dispersant,the sorption mechanism and dispersing mechanism of PAAS which absorb onto the cordierite powder surface were investigated,the content of PAAS was also measured.The results show that the RCOO-group released by the PAAS is mainly attracted by the positive electric centers of Mg-OH+ on the surface of cordierite particles in basicity condition.Cordierite ceramics are dispersed by the static electricity stabilization and spatial steric hindrance function.When pH is 9.5,the concentration of PAA is 1.5wt%,the absorption comes up to saturation and stabilized,and the dispersiveness is well.关键词
