放松疗法在内镜逆行胰胆管造影术中的应用

Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of perioperative releixation therapy on heart rate and blood pressure in patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography ( ERCP). Methods A total of 46 patients with preoperative anxiety and depression before ERCP in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2011 were selected. They received relaxation therapy at 3 h preoperation, and at 3 h, 24 h and 48 h postoperation. The patients' heart rate and blood pressure were monitored and analyzed before and after relaxation therapy. Results There were significant differences in the patients' heart rate and blood pressure before and after relaxation therapy at 3 h preoperation, and at 3 h and 24 h postoperation (P ＜0.05). However, the patients' heart rate and blood pressure had no significant differences before and after relaxation therapy at 48 h postoperation ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Active relaxation therapy can maintain heart rate and blood pressure in patients undergoing ERCP, and ensure the perioperative safety.关键词
