采用5株优势木法对郑州市区的大叶女贞进行了抗寒型筛选,共筛选出20株抗寒优树;在筛选优树的基础上,对其抗寒性与相对电导率的关系进行了分析.结果表明:大叶女贞的抗寒能力与其叶片相对电导率关系密切,抗寒能力越强,持续低温处理时叶片相对电导率回归系数越小;8月份 -15℃、-20℃处理和12月份 -20℃处理时的叶片相对电导率可以直接用来鉴定无性系间抗寒性强弱.比较结果显示:抗寒优树中65号抗寒性较强,66、4号次之,49号最弱.

Among L. lucidum trees in Zhengzhou proper, 20 superior cold-resistant trees were screened by the 5-plant dominant tree method and then the relationship of their cold resistance to relative conductivity was analyzed.
