Abstract
The establishment and improvement of government procurement data acquisition system is an important part of China's government procurement system. Government procurement includes goods, services and construction services and construction services are a major expenditure of government procurement. In recent years, government procurement of construction services is experiencing a rapid growth. According to statistics, the scale of China's government procurement is 741.32 billion yuan in 2009, of which construction services scale is 385.84 billion yuan, accounting for 52.1% of the total government procurement scale. Therefore, we need to constantly improve the statistical coverage of government procurement construction services in order tn meet the increasing requirements of government procurement activities. Based on joining in the GPA negotiation, this paper analyzes China' s related construction services classification system of government procurement and practical activities, interprets the international and foreign related construction services classification systems of government procurement, then proposes to build a diversified statistical classification system for the construction services government procurement.关键词
