化妆品质量安全标准体系的构建
Establishment of Standards System for Cosmetic Quality Safety
摘要
Abstract
The present national and industry cosmetics standards is collected comprehensively and proceeded with the technique factors on cosmetic quality safety. Combined with the analysis of foreign assessment method standards for cosmetic function and effects, the preliminary standards system is established including hygiene standards, testing methods of the deleterious substances which may render injurious to users, evaluating cosmetic function and effects intended to prevent, cure, treat, or mitigate disease or to affect a structure or function of the body, and production process controls standards on cosmetic quality safety. Several suggestions are provided to developing standards. It provides the basis for further establishment of our national cosmetic quality safety standard database.关键词
