Abstract
As a platform of the latter part of Taiping Heavenly Movement,Zizheng Xinpian sketched a blue print of the modern traffic development in railways,waterways and highways,and pointed out the directions of Chinese traffic development.Although Hong Ren-gan did not take part in the practice of railways construction,as a theoretical pioneer,his idea was a big progress of the times and had a prominent position in Chinese railway history.关键词
