基于逐步优化算法的水库预报预泄规则拟定研究
Research on Making Forecast and Pre-discharge Rules for Hydropower Station Based on Progressive Optimality Algorithm
摘要
Abstract
For dealing with the issues of low flood-utilization rate in conventional reservoir flood pre-discharge operation, an optimal flood forecast and pre-discharge model based on Progressive Optimality Algorithm (POA) is established. On the basis of optimized results and basic principles of pre-discharge dispatching, the reservoir flood forecast and pre-discharge rules are developed respectively for normal and dry-flood transition periods, and the mathematical equations for rules are also structured. The case study shows that the annual power generation and surplus water under proposed rules are closed to optimized results. These rules can not only guarantee the safety of flood control, but also improve generation benefits because of the full use of head and the reduction of surplus water.关键词
