Abstract
The study on the cost consulting value chain of hydropower engineering is more and more important in China as the deep change of construction environment. From the perspectives of expanding the engineering cost consultation service, the professional development approaches of whole process cost consultation service are discussed herein. Combined with "Regulations of Construction Project Whole Process Cost Consultation", the whole process cost consultation service of hydropower engineering is stated with emphases on transaction stage, construction stage and completion stage of a project. The analysis shows that the cost consultation should currently focus on the fields of tender agent, preparation of lower limit on bids, contract price differential adjustment and contract dispute treatment, and in the meantime, reserve human resources for enterprise future development and final completion accounts, post-evaluation, engineering audit and judicial identification.关键词
