Abstract
The Pushihe Pumped-storage Power Station located in Liaoning Province is the first large-scaled pumped-storage power project in Northeast China. Combined with the construction and management of project, the project and its main features are introduced herein. The mode of management and the managements of quality, schedule, safety and supervision are summarized. The scientific management ensures the quality of project construction and the commissioning of the first unit, and lays a good foundation for the realization of green, environment-friendly and top-quality engineering.关键词
