Abstract
The sleel linings are needed to be arranged in the position of F3 fault in the lower horizontal sections of water conveyance systems in Pushihe Pumped-storage Power Station. The space between existing concrete lining and steel lining need to be backfilled with concrete. Because the tight space affects concrete vibrating, the use of ordinary concrete can not guarantee placement quality, so finally the self-compacting concrete is selected to backfill the space by experimental studies. Through strictly controlling the mix proportion and the mixing, transportation, placement and maintenance of concrete, the construction is successful. The surface of completed self-compacting concrete is smooth and shiny without reinforcing bar, crack, water seepage and almost no air bubble. No void is founded in the concrete lining by percussion method. The quality of concrete lining pouring meets the requirements of specifications.关键词
