PCCP超载破坏试验与破坏机理分析
Overload test and failure mechanism analysis of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe
摘要
Abstract
Load-carrying capacity and fracture deformation of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP) are analyzed through overload damage tests of PCCP in this paper.Such a pipe is divided into a concrete pressure part and a tensile part,and their fracture behaviors and mechanism are examined.The full destruction process of the pipe is divided into four stages: elastic stage,concrete cracking stage,steel wires yield stage and failure stage.Experimental results of the tests are presented and a data analysis shows the stress-strain curve and the stress state of each pipe part.Finally,the fracture deformation under overload is analyzed.关键词
