小兴安岭红松原始林的遗传多样性研究
Research on Genetic Diversity of Original Pinus koraiensis in Xiaoxinganling Mountain
摘要
Abstract
ISSR test of 10 experimental primers was conducted to the DNA of 39 pine plants in this study. Results show that 71 bands are obtained, including 55 specific bands, with 77.46% specific site, meaning that the average production of each primer is 5.5 specific bands. Therefore, it can be seen that ISSR marker can be used to identify DNA polymorphism, with high polymorphism aind more amplified fragment, it can analyze the genetic relationship among populations.关键词
