Evaluation on the Operational Efficiency of Integrated Management Information System for Construction Projects Based on DEA

Abstract
In order to evaluate the operating efficiency of integrated management information system for construction projects, the input indexes and output indexes of operating efficiency was constructed based on DEA principles and a DEA evaluation model was established. The evaluation indexes were quantified using expert scoring method and fuzzy mathematics method, and the model solution and result analysis method were provided. A case study was conducted to evaluate the operating efficiencies of integrated management information system for twelve large construction projects. The data was entered into the DEA evaluation model and was calculated by Matlab software package. The evaluation results provide a reference for the improvement of the integrated management information system of various large construction projects.关键词
