Abstract
In order to integrate the low-carbon concept into the overall construction process of EPC projects preferably, and a- chieve scientific, specific, and standardized prequalification evaluation on the general contractors of EPC projects, the evaluation in- dex system on general contractor prequaIification of EPC projects was established based on low-carbon concept. In addition, the ana- lytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were applied to determine the index weights and evaluation scores, and the comprehensive results were obtained. In this way, the accuracy and reliability of the comprehensive evaluation results were improved, which provided a feasible theory reference and practice value for achieving the standardization on comprehensive evaluation of prequalification of EPC project general contractors.关键词
