摘要
Abstract
Based on work practices on the water resources informatization, the thesis carries out a discussion on issues encountered during project implementation, the ten issues including theoretical study, overall planning, standardization and openness, blind pursue of so-called advancement, system design and process tracking, resources integration and energy saving and consumption reduction, ordinary business and emergency disposal, sustainable upgrading of collaborative data, strengthening security awareness and perfecting defending system, quality improvement of the staff and intensification of infrastructure maintenance. The thesis also provides some suggestions and solution methods for reference.关键词
