Abstract
In this article we use amylase to hydrolyze the main component of infant cereal--starch in part and achieve dextrine, oligosaccharide and maltose etc. This solves successfully defections in the traditional technology of cereal pro- duction and offers very important reference for infant cereal production.关键词
