钒、汞胁迫对菜心幼苗生理生化特性的影响
Effects of V and Hg stress on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Brassica chinensis L.seedlings

Abstract
A water culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of single and combined stresses of V and Hg on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Brassica chinensis seedlings. With the increasing V and Hg stresses, the malondialdehyde content and the cell membrane permeability of the seedlings had an obvious increase, and the increment was 8. 4% -271.5% and 22.4%-145.6% , respectively, as compared with the control. The chlorophyll content and the catalase, peroxidase, and superoxide dismutase activities all increased first and decreased then. At lower concentrations V and Hg, the three protective enzymes showed syner-gistic effect, suggesting the stronger self-adjustable capability of B. Chinensis seedlings; while at higher concentrations V and Hg, the activities of the three enzymes and the chlorophyll content declined, revealing that under environmental stress, plant physiological characteristics changed, and the activities of plant protective enzymes were inhibited. Combined stress of V and Hg had stronger toxic effect than the single stress of V and Hg when applied at the same levels.关键词
